Quality requirements for the installation of electrical cabinet control stations and electrical systems

The models and installation positions of various electrical components must meet the requirements of the drawings.

All terminal boards, clamping rails, wiring ducts, wiring bases, sockets, and components must be securely positioned.

The project code (wire number) must be printed or numbered and consistent with the code on the circuit diagram.

Are electrical signs, signage, and warning signs complete, neat, and secure.

The colors of each button, cursor button, and indicator light must meet the design and standard requirements.

The markings and colors of the wires should comply with the standards and design requirements, with black for AC and DC power circuits; Red, AC control circuit; Blue, DC control circuit; Protective grounding, yellow/green dual color combination; Center line (zero), white.

All wiring should be neat and standardized, and wires and cables should have no joints or splices.

The wiring of each electrical component should be connected using soft wires and cold pressed terminals as required by the design, and should be firm and free from looseness.

The length of the wires and cables used should meet the electrical process requirements.

The welding points of all connecting wires required to be welded in the electric cabinet and the control station shall be smooth and firm without faulty welding, missing welding and desoldering, and the welding points shall be free of flux. All welding leads of plug sockets should be sheathed in protective insulated conduits with wire numbers.

After the wires of the electrical cabinet and control station are laid, and there is no protective sleeve, they must be tightly tied with binding tape with a spacing of 10-30mm.

All wiring contacts and remaining contacts of electrical components must be tightened.

Each protective grounding wire must be firm and reliable, and the protective grounding circuit must be connected to one terminal and one protective grounding wire.

The emergency stop device must meet the requirements.

The protective interlocking must meet the specified requirements.

Electrical symbol markings consistent with the design drawings must be affixed near all components in the electrical cabinet and control station.

Are all electrical components, cables, and covers clean and tidy.

Check if the transmitted PC, system parameters, and all testing procedures are correct.

Before connecting the electrical system with the host computer, conduct no-load power-on commissioning to verify the reliability of various G, M, S, T, F functions and electrical components of the system

Strictly follow the technical agreement and relevant contracts to inspect all user requirements (especially special order requirements), and all must comply with them.
