Voltage drop and cross-sectional inspection of various cold pressed terminals during detachment

There is a device called terminal section analyzer that specifically checks various types of cold pressed terminals to see if terminal crimping is qualified.

The main purpose of hexagonal terminals is to conduct cross-sectional analysis and check for any gaps in their internal crimping.

The size is measured and calculated by cutting open the terminal section analyzer.

Judging the quality of crimping in China usually involves three aspects: 1. Measuring the pulling force. 2. Measure the voltage drop. 3. Conduct cross-sectional analysis.

The end used for testing should be new and clean. The wires and crimping pliers used should comply with the provisions of Chapter 4.

Test conditions: temperature: 15-35 ℃; Relative humidity: 45%~75%; Air pressure: 86-106 kPa. The environmental conditions during the 6.4 test should also comply with the provisions of Article 5.2.3 of GB 998.

The appearance and size inspection shall be carried out according to the provisions of GB 5095.2 Test 1a (visual inspection) and 1b, and shall comply with the provisions of Article 5.2.

During the crimping resistance test, the torque of the fastener should comply with the provisions of Table 2, and the resistance between AB and BC should be measured according to the method of GB 5095.2 Test 2b (accurate to 10-6) through the test current specified in Table 1. Calculate the contact resistance and changes in resistance.
