How do cold pressed terminals usually match wires

The matching wires for cold pressed terminals are generally divided into the following types:

Crimping, also known as cold pressed terminals. Directly use tools or terminal machines and other equipment to crimp the wiring terminals onto the corresponding wires. Generally, UL486A, C and other standards are used to check whether the crimping is qualified in the search.

Welding. Use soldering tools to solder the terminals and wires together.

Piercing and crimping, using a tool or terminal machine to crimp the punctured terminal and wire together, to achieve the function of conducting the punctured wire. Commonly used with aluminum enameled wires, etc.

When crimping, be careful not to touch the wall with the crimping wing. If the crimping wing needs to touch the wall, the terminal crimping wing may break after a long time; After touching the wall, it is easy to cause gaps in the curled interior, and over time, it can easily cause oxidation and open circuit
